Few days ago, I heard my friend’s podcast. They observed people and their complaining behaviroual on social media. Some of them are pro with limitation, and there is this one girl who said we have to spread the positivity not negativity.
But here’s my two cents that i wrote on my twitter: Please don’t make everyone feel bad when they’re complaining, we never know what they’ve been dealing with, we never know if anyone needs a someone to talk to, life is not always about good things—that’s not how the world works. let’s just embrace both positive and negative vibes. we shouldn’t cherry pick our feeling. and if anyone is ever complaining in my timeline, i want to tell you—i’m very okay with it. just tell your days as it is, we have bad days, good days, amazing days, awful days, i don’t want anyone feels ashamed to feel something or even to be sad. sometimes being blinded with positivity isn’t the best way to help other people. and rejecting someone’s negative emotion will make them feel miserable and they will think that they don’t belong to anywhere. in fact, people want their feelings validated, their problems heard.
